A trained Quantity Surveyor, Khairil Annuar has been involved in various development projects throughout the country, ranging in value from RM2.0 Million to RM2 Billion. With the exposure to project management whilst maintaining his role as a Quantity Surveyor, his experience has gained immensely in both environments and thus providing a more diversified approach towards the Quantity Surveying profession.
He is currently the principal of KA Associates and previously a director and shareholder of CIC-QS Services Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining CIC-QS Services Sdn Bhd, he was attached to a private Quantity Surveying practice. His experiences are mainly in areas of quantity surveying, construction cost management and construction contracts.
He has served with prominent clients, both in the private and public sector. Such clients include Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Island and Peninsular Berhad, Lembaga Urusan Tabung Haji and Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia.
