JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Sales Department to proceed their Sales Order
- Key in & meet turn around time for Sales Checking and Submission
- To generate various report within the timeline
- Responsible on Day to Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks
- To attend customer enquiries
- To proceed good working attitudes, core values and work closely with team members
- Able to work independently in fast-paced working environment
- To be able to assists on the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess own transport.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skill as you need to work with other departments and QS of main contractors
- Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office
- Committed to work and willing to work extra time when required
